One VegCap supplies a named ingredient amount
The current label image declares 525mg of Plantago ovata seed husk in one VegCap. It lists vegetable cellulose as the other ingredient for the capsule. No separate dietary fiber or soluble-fiber gram amount appears on that panel.
The ingredient weight should remain labeled as psyllium seed husk. A description of psyllium as a source of soluble fiber does not mean the entire 525mg has been separately declared as soluble fiber. We therefore do not use it to create a nutrient-percentage claim or a cost-per-dietary-fiber-gram ranking.
